"Pulling Down Strong Holds and Building Up Relationships" (2 Co. 10:3-8)

The Waterloo Women’s Civic Club is offering “The Betty Allen” scholarships in the amount of $500.00 for a tuition scholarship or $200.00 for a book scholarship to any African American high school graduate; who is planning to attend a 4-year college or a community college of their choice.
