Dr. Jitu Kothari Scholarship

This scholarship is a four-year renewable scholarship for $1,000.00 for each of those four years.  Priority will be given to applicants pursuing degrees in math, science, engineering, pre-medicine or business.   2 scholarships will be awarded to a qualified graduate from both East and West High School.

Applicants must be graduating seniors for the Waterloo Community school district and plan to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited public or private university or college.  They should also exhibit leadership qualities through involvement in extracurricular and volunteer activities in school, community and or church. A 3.0 grade point average is required to qualify for the initial scholarship and must be maintained to qualify for subsequent years of the scholarship.
