Quakerdale is a statewide, private, not-for-profit
children and family service agency providing a continuum of
preventive and therapeutic services to over 1,500 youth and
families annually. Quakerdale provides proactive services which
strengthen families and partners with those who share our vision
for quality family life.
Programs
include Adoption Services, Assessment Services, After-School
Programs, Christian Counseling, Community-based Day Treatment,
Family Counseling Services, Family Foster Care, Transitional
Living, Residential Treatment, School-based Programs and Shelter
Care.
Facilities
are located in Waterloo, Manning, Marshalltown, New Providence
and Newton. Administrative offices are in New Providence.
The
agency is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation
of Services for Families and Children and licensed by the Iowa
Department of Human Services.
