Hudson State
Bank
Location:
Hudson
317 5th Street
|
The first
bank in Hudson was a private bank organized in the year
of 1891, and it was not until 1914 that the Hudson Savings
Bank constructed a new two-story building at what is now
317 5th Street, downtown Hudson. The name of the bank is
chiseled into the top of the brick building, and some of
the original marble walls remain on the inside.
